English Fan”, just in time to support England football hopes in South Africa. The band are re-releasing the song and they have some cool plans for spreading their Chant and hoping for a Guinness World Record. Check the band out at TheLaddz.com for more details – so start practicing the lyrics:

The Lads they make their moves
They spin around as they cross the field
We got the moves (Oh Whey Oh)
You drop the ball then we strike it home
All the other teams, they try their best
They like a drink and the other stuff
Last orders ring (Oh Whey Oh)
You turn it round like an English Fan
All the fans here to rock the place, say
Ay oh whey oh, whey oh ay oh
Chant like an English Fan
Stomp yer feet to the beat and bend your back
Wave yer arms, then you rock the shack
Were cool you know (Oh Whey Oh)
So strike a pose for the Union Jack
If you want to find all the lads
Theyre drinking out all the local pubs
They sing and dance (Oh Whey Oh)
Pick up the birds, cruise around the clubs
All the German fans with their marks
And the French praying in the dark
And the Italians know
They cant chant like an English Fan
All the rest try and play their best, say
Ay oh whey oh, whey oh ay oh
Chant like an English Fan
Chant like an English Fan
Chant like an English Fan
(Come and score a goal if yer think you’re fast enough)
Chant like an English Fan
(Come and score a goal if yer think you’re fast enough)
(Repeat til England Win the World Cup)

Recently I asked a few of my close friends why they loved and supported their teams and asked them write a few words about their favorite football clubs, here is what they came up with.

Brazilian Soccer the Fans and the Players the Passion Within, via Fernando P.
Somebody said that passion in the Brazilian soccer is like madness and insanity because people move from their head the rational elements and scream and move as lunatics. Soccer in Brazil is so significant that people can even kill somebody if its team loss a championship. The passion that moves people in Brazil is incredible and this passion is like a communication system between players with fans, among players and among fans from the same and different teams. For many people in Brazil, (players and fans) soccer form part of its heritage, culture, identity and way of expression. One of the main advantages of this sport in Brazil is that compared with other sports like baseball, polo and others it can be played in many places such as neighborhoods, beaches, schools, backyards, front yards, streets and many other places.

Soccer for Brazilian is like samba; it is something that belongs to them in the same way the Portuguese does. They are very passionate with football and its identity is defined by a couple of things which are part of this culture but the soccer for Brazilians is an important part of it too. It occurs with players as well as fans that are overwhelmed in the same cultural environment which is the culture of the Brazilian soccer.

Inter Milan Fans Express Their Love, by Sylvio Allesandro.
How inter Milan fans express their love? In first place this love is motivated by own proud due all the emotions the game can produce to a whole nation. Most people from Milan that are passionate with this football club do that because they have an intrinsic love for football. When people feel so and involve their emotions in the game (the football) it leads them to do almost everything. They way fans express their love could be investing money buying all kind of inter Milan merchandize. I think that where your heart is your money and fans are expending million Euros in football each year. FC International Milano as a company has been one of the teams with the highest earning level since 2006 with a revenue of more than €200 million.
Inter Milan has been awarded with several recognitions and honors. For instance, they have a list of the players who won FIFA World Player of the Year. In this list we have Ronaldo as the latest player who won this title in 2002. Fans love that players that belong to Inter Milan conquer prizes and recognitions. On the other hand, they won the national champion ship during the season 2007-2008. Inter Milan fans are the most euphoric of all European countries, they live the passion of the game in a very extravagant way.

Real Madrid for the Love of the Game, by Hector Riaz.
Real Madrid (fans and players) do everything for the love of the game. Players need the support of the fans and fans need its team do the best the can in the terrain of the game. It is a two way experience that moves them to win matches and even tournaments. In many ways Real Madrid fans feel confident for this team because is part of its believing. For instance in 2008, Real Madrid was recognized as the most scoring soccer team of the league. I personally think that this new approach is producing a better sensation not only in the Real Madrid football club but fans that follow them from everywhere. There are several fans living in different places in Europe and United States which are continuously focused in the game.
There are more teams with probably the same attitude to the game but Real Madrid is one of the most popular teams in Europe with a large amount of fans that really love the game are able to do almost everything for the game. In other words, they love the team, they love the game, they love Real Madrid and it is the engine that moves them to do a lot of things and wear the Real Madrid’s colors even in the skin. This love is full of passion of the game and for the team.

FC Porto Fans Show Their Emotions by Julian Iaboni.
FC Porto is one of the greatest football clubs with a ton of fans that show their emotion in different ways. Most of them wear shirts of the team and other paint their hair and skin with the colors of this football club. Each match is a concentration of adrenaline and passion. This year (2009) FC Port will have the opportunity to participate in the in the first division of the Football Club Cup Season 2009. Fans have been demonstrating that FC Porto is the team they love and support and in this opportunity they will show more and more their expression of emotion. FC Porto was selected as one of 32 teams that will be participating in this important event. You can even score vote in the official site of this event in favor of FC Porto as your favorite team.
I think that it is the best way to show your emotion being part of each moment of your team. Even though football is a business for many people for FC Porto Fans is a wonderful passion that is inside them all the time and everywhere they go. When FC Porto is playing a game and is matching with another team FC Port fans move their flags and scream supporting its team and demonstrating that football is a combination of capacity and motivation.

Croatian Football: Full of Passion, by Ante Dragovic
Do you know what passion means? Croatian football experiences its passion every time and everywhere. During the last year Croatia had one of the most amazing runs. Everybody was shocked with that, but I personally think that it is something that goes beyond a new opportunity for the national team; it comes from focused hearts which are full of passion not only for the national proud but for the joy of the victory. Croatian national team finished last year in the second position of six in qualification group. It is a great thing for the Croatian national team which doesn’t have a good history of triumphs but is now getting better positions in the ground.

Definitely Croatian football is full of proud and passion because they are more aware about the things they need to succeed. Theses things are the main engine to move them to the next level in the forthcoming seasons and years. All the team is equipped with good players, excellent managers and a positive mind to lead them to the top. On the other hand, passion is a friend that boost your of energy and help you to accomplish all the things you need in the life. The same will happen to the Croatian football; each player, each fan and everybody desire move to the next level living full of passion.

If you would like to add a story about your passion for the great game of football or anything about the soccer teams you love and support please leave us a comment or email your story to admin@soccermusic.net. Looking forward to hearing from you.
